Very easy and always requested at our home. Ingredients:
3 cups minute rice (uncooked) |
2 cups water |
1 lb jimmy dean sausage (frozen section) |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. Fry sausage in large frying pan, drain. Add rest of ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is tender. 2. Variation: follow same directions using long grain rice instead of minute rice. Add 1 cup long grain rice and 3 soup cans of water. |
