Truffles With Chocolate Raspberry And Hazelnuts |

I love the combo of chocolate and raspberry...Then add the crunch of hazelnuts....Yummy. Ingredients:
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup water |
2/3 cup chambord |
2 sticks butter, unsalted and diced |
2 large egg yolks |
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and finely chopped |
Directions:
1. In metal bowl, put all ingredients except hazelnuts 2. Put over double boiler and melt over low heat constantly stirring until all is melted and smooth 3. Remove from heat, 4. Whisk in egg yolks one at a time, stirring until fully blended together Cool to room temperature 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours 6. Scoop with small ice cream scoop or tsp. and roll with hands until round balls 7. Roll in hazelnuts |
