Ingredients:
1 pound potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked until fork tender, hot |
4 tablespoons truffle butter |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
drizzle of truffle oil |
salt and white pepper |
Directions:
1. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the truffle butter and cream and mash until incorporated. Season the potatoes with a drizzle of truffle oil, salt and white pepper |
