Rainbow trout is very mild with a hint of a nut-like flavor. It has a firm texture with a fairly fine flake. Dress up your trout with this toasted pecan butter for on elegant touch. The topping works well with other fish, too. ©2006 rights reserved by TRY-FOODS INTERNATIONAL Apopka, FL rainbow trout, pecans, butter or margarine cvt Ingredients:
