Trout with Sour Cream-Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (6-ounce) rainbow trout fillets
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set cucumber mixture aside.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over trout; place trout on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Spoon 1/4 cup sauce over each fillet.
