This recipe was given to me by an avide fisherman. It is delicious!! Great way to use leftover trout. Salmon can be substitued as well. Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked trout, flaked |
1/2 cup soft cream cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 pinch fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and start dipping! |
