Give me a big spoon and I will eat this up on my own! ;-) Ingredients:
4 trout fillets, smoked,skin removed |
40 g butter, soft |
150 g sour cream |
5 tablespoons heavy cream |
pepper |
lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Put trout into the bowl of the blender and blend on medium speed until fine. 2. Add other ingredients and blend until you get a smooth paste. 3. Use spatula if necessary. |
