Ingredients:
4 trout fillets, smoked,skin removed
40 g butter, soft
150 g sour cream
5 tablespoons heavy cream
pepper
lemon juice
Directions:
1. Put trout into the bowl of the blender and blend on medium speed until fine.
2. Add other ingredients and blend until you get a smooth paste.
3. Use spatula if necessary.
