Still has a slight trout taste but also has a zesty sweetness. Ingredients:
1 lb butter |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 medium trout, without skin |
1/2 lemon |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet. 2. Add onion and trout with onion on bottom. 3. Wait until onion starts popping and squeeze in lemon. 4. Stir occasionally until trout is flakey. |
