They recommend you use Tampico Tropical punch, but I suppose you could use any brand. Makes around 40 ounces. I used frozen concentrate tropical punch in the ingredients, but using some actual tropical punch would probably be fine. Ingredients:
2 cups frozen tropical punch concentrate |
2 bananas, peeled and sliced |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Place each ingredient in your blender / food processor. 2. Blend for 2 minutes on low speed. Continue to blend on medium speed until smooth. 3. Serve, preferably in tall glasses. |
