Very nice. From Cooking Light. Prep time does not include the time freezing fruit. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sliced ripe bananas |
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple |
1 cup cubed peeled ripe mango |
1 cup papaya nectar, chilled |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Arrange banana, pineapple, and mango in a single layer on a baking sheet. 2. Freeze until firm (about 1 hour). 3. Remove from freezer, and let stand 10 minutes. 4. Combine fruit, nectar, and juice in a blender. 5. Process until smooth. 6. Serve immediately. |
