Yeterday, was national Pina Colada Day, so I am posting this creative drink that sounds as good as any other pineapple coconut drink or maybe even better. Ingredients:
1 ounce light rum |
1 1/2 ounces torani sugar-free coconut syrup |
1/4 cup breyer's double churn fat free vanilla ice cream |
1 tablespoon crushed pineapple in juice |
3/4 cup crushed ice |
1 3/4 ounces splenda sugar substitute (or another no-calorie sweetener) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. 3. Pour into a cute cocktail glass. 4. Enjoy! |
