A quick smoothie that is healthy and delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sparkling water |
1/4 cup light coconut milk |
1 cup diced mango |
1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple |
1/4 cup fresh mint |
2 tablespoons agave |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
Directions:
1. Mix six ice cubes with the first two ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients with the base mixture until desired consistency. |
