2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger |
1 cup diced peeled mango |
1 cup chopped tomato |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons chopped shallots |
2 teaspoons minced seeded jalapeƱo pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add mango and remaining ingredients; toss gently. |
