Easy scratch bundt cake. I added a basic powdered sugar glaze to the top and sprinkled coconut on it. Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon rum flavoring |
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
1 teaspoon almond flavoring |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Stir in liquid ingredients mixing well. 3. Pour into greased (or 'Pam' sprayed) bundt pan. 4. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 5. A glaze can be added to the top if desired. |
