Ingredients:

Directions:
1. ln a blender, combine pineapple and 2 tablespoons sugar and 2. blend until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Pour 3. through a fine-mesh sieve into a medium bowl, pressing on solids 4. (you should have about Ph cups puree); discard solids. Rinse 5. out blender. Add strawberries, 1/.1 cup juice, and 2 tablespoons 6. sugar; blend until smooth. Pour through a clean sieve into 7. another medium bowl, pressing on solids (you should have 8. about 11h cups puree); discard solids. Repeat process with 9. mango, lA cup juice, and 2 tablespoons sugar (you should have 10. about 11h cups puree). 11. Divide pineapple puree evenly among six 8-ounce plastic 12. cups. Freeze just until frozen, 45 minutes. Pour a layer of strawberry 13. puree over pineapple layer, dividing evenly. Top with 14. mango puree and insert ice-pop sticks. Freeze until solid, 6 hours 15.
