This recipe comes from the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life, & it makes a drink that helps support the immune system. Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled & pitted |
1 banana, frozen |
1 cup mango nectar (or guava or coconut nectar) |
1 cup pineapple chunk |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth! 2. Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY! |
