A Cheescake Muffin what a great Brunch or Snack. This is so good. You will love it. Ingredients:
crisco® original no-stick cooking spray |

2 (7 oz.) packages strawberry cheesecake muffin mix |
1/3 cup milk |
2 large eggs, lightly beaten |
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained |
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts |

1 cup powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square cake pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine muffin mix, milk, eggs, pineapple and coconut extract in medium bowl. Stir just until blended. 2. POUR into prepared pan. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. 3. COMBINE all glaze ingredients in small bowl; blend until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake. |
