Tropical Spring Salsa With Pork |

Very light dinner. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped |
1/4 cup green onion, slices |
1/4 cup coconut |
2 tablespoons ranch dressing, reduced fat |
1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional) |
3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, grilled |
Directions:
1. MIX all ingredients except pork until well blended. 2. SERVE over hot sliced pork. |
