Tropical Spring Salsa With Pork

Very light dinner.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, slices
1/4 cup coconut
2 tablespoons ranch dressing, reduced fat
1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)
3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, grilled
Directions:
1. MIX all ingredients except pork until well blended.
2. SERVE over hot sliced pork.
