a light, fruity spread with sweet and some protein. I put this on top of a plain rice cake with banana slices. Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry, pureed |
1/2 banana, mashed |
1/2 scoop protein powder (i used vanilla soy) |
1 tablespoon peanut butter, crunchy |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
1 dash stevia |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients. 2. stir well. 3. enjoy as a sweet, healthy topping on anything. |
