a light, fruity spread with sweet and some protein. I put this on top of a plain rice cake with banana slices.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry, pureed
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 scoop protein powder (i used vanilla soy)
1 tablespoon peanut butter, crunchy
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 dash stevia
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients.
2. stir well.
3. enjoy as a sweet, healthy topping on anything.
