Ingredients:
1/4 cup drained canned crushed pineapple in juice |
1/4 cup peeled, seeded, and chopped papaya |
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
4 (4 3/4- x 2 1/2-inch) low-fat graham crackers |
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows |
2 teaspoons flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Place graham crackers on a baking sheet; top evenly with marshmallows, pineapple mixture, and coconut. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 40 seconds or until topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately. |
