Ingredients:
1 (1-lb) ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped (2 cups) |
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped (2 cups) |
5 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/3 cup water |
2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger |
1 cup coconut sorbet |
1 cup ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Blend together papaya, mango, lime juice, water, and ginger in a blender until smooth. Add sorbet and ice and blend until smooth. |
