A concoction I came up with this morning. This is very tasty and super easy. Ingredients:
1/2 banana (cut in chunks) |
1/4 cup mango puree (or chunks) |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup low-calorie orange juice |
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk |
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract |
ice cube, if desired |
Directions:
1. Blend together and enjoy. |
