A concoction I came up with this morning. This is very tasty and super easy.
Ingredients:
1/2 banana (cut in chunks)
1/4 cup mango puree (or chunks)
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-calorie orange juice
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
ice cube, if desired
Directions:
1. Blend together and enjoy.
