One of our favourite morning pick-me-up smoothies. We sometimes also add 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein or a couple tablespoons ground flax seed. For an added nutritional boost I'll add kale or fresh baby spinach too. Ingredients:
1 medium mango, peeled & cut off the pit |
2 medium bananas |
1/2 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice) |
1/2 cup coconut milk |
1 cup balkan yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. |
