Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups passion fruit nectar
1 medium-size ripe banana, peeled and sliced
2 (12-ounce) cans frozen pineapple-orange-banana juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1/2 cup cream of coconut
2 1/2 cups water
3 1/2 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Directions:
1. Combine nectar, banana, 1 can juice concentrate, and cream of coconut in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a large freezer-proof container. Stir in remaining concentrate and 2 1/2 cups water. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until slushy.
2. To serve, transfer juice mixture to a small punch bowl. Stir in carbonated beverage, and serve immediately.
