Cool and refreshing; enjoy! Cooking time is freezing time. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained |
1 banana, peeled and sliced |
1 cup coconut milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups orange sherbet |
Directions:
1. Toss pineapple and banana well, cover and freeze 1 hour. 2. Process the frozen fruit and remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
