I found this in a healthy snacks cookbook. Real kid pleaser. Refreshing on a hot day! Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 banana |
1/4 cup coconut, shredded (optional) |
4 -6 paper cups (dixie) |
4 -6 wooden popsicle sticks |
Directions:
1. Combine juice and banana in blender. 2. Blend on high until smooth. Stir in coconut. 3. Fill paper cups. 4. cover with foil, cut a small slit in the cover of foil. 5. Insert popsicle stick. 6. Freeze. |
