Bet you can't eat just one slice of this reduced-fat pie. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetended crushed pineapple |
2 medium firm bananas, cut into 1/4-in slices |
4 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened |
4 teaspoons sugar substitute |
2 cups cool whip, reduced-fat divided |
1 graham cracker, curst (9 in) |
4 maraschino cherries, halved |
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving th jice. Place slice bananas in juice; set aside. In small bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar substitute and 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Fold in 1/4 cup whipped topping. 2. Drain bananas. Arange half of the bananas in bottom of crust. Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture. Top with pineapple. remaining bananas and whipped topping. Garnish with cherries and walnuts. 3. Regrigerate for 4 hours before serving. |
