Ingredients:
2 cups coarsely chopped peeled fresh peaches (about 4 peaches) |
1 1/2 cups orange-pineapple juice |
1/2 cup frozen white grape juice concentrate |
2 cups sugar-free ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. 2. Fill 4 tall glasses with crushed ice; add 1 cup juice mixture and 1/2 cup ginger ale to each glass. Stir gently; serve immediately. |
