A super easy way to get a healthy breakfast into my kids. My first taste of Muesli was at a 5 star buffet in the Bahamas and I was hooked from that point on. This recipe is an adaptation. I hope you like it. Ingredients:
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats |
3/4 cup diced dried apricot |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup chopped almonds |
1 1/2 cups chopped dates |
1/4 cup coconut flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Mix lightly before serving. |
