Ingredients:
1 quart strong hot tea |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup mint leaves, washed and drained |
1 quart pineapple juice |
1 quart water |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Cover; let stand 15 minutes. Strain tea; stir in pineapple juice, water, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Cool. Serve in a punch bowl over an ice ring. |
