From 365 Great Grilling Recipes. Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat. I made this and packaged it in 2 ziplocks with porkchops and stuck it in the freezer. Will update when thawed/cooked. Ingredients:
2/3 cup pineapple juice |
2 garlic cloves |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. 2. Pour over meat. |
