A healthy easy smoothie. You could also grate the lime rind and add that to the smoothie. Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled and sliced |
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender Cover and whiz to a thick golden puree. 2. Pour into glasses and serve. |
