Yummy lime ice cream! Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
3/4 cup whipping cream |
1 cup sugar |
finely grated rind of 2 or 3 limes |
3/4 cup fresh lime juice ( try key lime ) |
Directions:
1. Mix milk, cream, and sugar for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add rind and juice and stir to mix.
3. Chill well
4. Freeze in ice cream machine according to directions
