This is a family favourite and I used to love this when I was a young'in. My nan used to make this for me all the time. I find that the brand of jelly 'Golden Circle' works the best. Ingredients:
85 g lemon jelly crystals (or jello) |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1 cup lemonade |
450 g fruit salad |
Directions:
1. Heat the jelly and water in saucepan to dissolve the jelly. 2. Cool a little. Drain the fruit salad and then add fruit salad and stir, gently stir in the lemonade. 3. Set in refrigerator. Serve with cream. |
