I got this off the back of a Dole Juice can Ingredients:
1 cup dole pineapple mango juice |
1 cup sliced peach (fresh or frozen) |
1 (8 ounce) carton nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple mango juice, peaches, yogurt and nutmeg in blender or food processor container. 2. Cover; blend until thick and smooth. Garnish with assorted fresh fruit and mint, if desired. 3. Serve immediately. |
