this was so smooth, creamy and thick! takes you right to the islands :) the coconut milk kefir i get at whole foods (i got vanilla) and is made by So Delicious. if you can't find it i think a good sub would be 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup vanilla kefir or vanilla yogurt (or soy, almond, rice milk) Ingredients:
1/2-1 banana, frozen and sliced |
3 ice cubes (optional) |
1 small mango, sliced |
1/2-1 cup pineapple, diced |
1 cup coconut milk kefir |
Directions:
1. blend all together until very thick and smooth. |
