1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup raisins |
3 cups zucchini, grated |
2 cups flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. beat sugar eggs vanilla and yogurt in bowl. 2. next add the zucchini and mix together. 3. combine the flour baking powder baking soda salt and raisins together then add it to the mixture with the zucchini. 4. bake at 350 degrees for an hour. |
