Tastes great and it's good for you too! Perfect for a Sunday brunch. You can substitute fruit that you have on hand! YUMMY!! Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped |
1 papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped |
2 ripe bananas |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
3 cups ice |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender and serve! |
