For the Vegan option use a Vegan sugar. Ingredients:
1 frozen banana |
1 cup fresh pineapple |
3/4 cup soymilk |
1 tablespoon honey (optional) or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy. |
