I had a variation of this salad at a Thanksgiving party, with just the kiwi, cranberries and slivered almonds. I made it at home and added different ingredients. At every family function, I am now asked to make this salad. Everyone who tries it loves it. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple (drain juice) |
2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges (drain juice) |
2 cups strawberries |
8 kiwi fruits |
3 mangoes |
2 star fruit |
1 cup slivered almonds |
1 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Clean and cut up fruit, mix together. Enjoy. |
