Eat Well Stay Well Ingredients:
1/3 cup papayas or 1/3 cup apricot nectar |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint |
1 mango, peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks |
1 cup pineapple chunk |
1 large banana, thickly sliced |
2 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks |
1 papaya, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the papaya nectar, lime juice, honey and mint. 2. Add the mango, pineapple, banana and kiwi, tossing to combine. Refrigerate until serving time. 3. At serving time, add the papaya and toss again. |
