Refreshing low-fat parfait. Nice for breakfast or lunch. Ingredients:
1 container(8oz.) low-fat vanilla or banana yogurt |
dash of ground cinnamon or nutmeg |
2/3c low-fat plain granola |
1c dole tropical fruit |
Directions:
1. Stir together yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Layer yogurt mixture with tropical fruit and granola. |
