From Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup flaked coconut |
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped |
2 tablespoons apricot preserves (cut any large chunks) |
milk |
grapes, melon or pineapple |
Directions:
1. In small mixer bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Stir in enough milk to make mixture of dipping consistency; chill. Serve with chilled fruit dippers. |
