This Bread is Excellent for Breakfast, or Anytime! Tastes like a Dessert & Wakes up your Mouth with all the different Flavors!! Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup mashed banana |
8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice (well drained) |
2 cups bisquick |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven 350 Degrees 2. Grease Bottom Only of a Loaf Pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2) or 9x5x3. 3. Mix Sugar, Butter, & Eggs until Blended, stir in Banana, & Pineapple. 4. Stir in the rest of the Ingredients, just until Moistened. 5. Spread in Pan. 6. Bake 55 Minutes for 8 inch Loaf 7. Bake 50 Minutes for 9 Inch Loaf or until toothpick comes out Clean. 8. Cool 5 Minutes. Loosen sides of Loaf from Pan. 9. Cool Completely before Slicing |
