1/2 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen) |
2 pineapple slices (store bought in a can) |
1 carrot |

1. put all of the ingredients into a blender and makes sure everything is blended all nice to your preference. it makes a good meal replacement if you just got finished working out. enjoy! |
