a great tasting smoothie thats good for your taste buds also your eyes!
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
2 pineapple slices (store bought in a can)
1 carrot
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. put all of the ingredients into a blender and makes sure everything is blended all nice to your preference. it makes a good meal replacement if you just got finished working out. enjoy!
