A truly scrumptious dish that tastes better than the pizza! Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled and coarsely chopped |
1/4 cup celery, diced |
1/4 cup pineapple chunk, drained |
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped |
1 -2 tablespoon black olives, sliced |
1/2 tablespoon lime juice |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 pinch dill weed |
1 pinch chives, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, celery, pineapple, lettuce, and olives; toss well. 2. Mix lime juice, orange juice, dill weed, and chives in a small bowl. 3. Drizzle sauce over salad. 4. Enjoy! |
