Smoothie from Cooking Light. Ingredients:
2 cups chilled mango nectar or 2 cups papaya nectar |
1 1/2 cups cubed peeled papayas |
1 1/2 cups cubed fresh pineapple |
1/2 cup soft silken tofu |
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. |
