Smoothies are also on my long list of favorite yummy things and I am always looking for recipes to try. This one came from DOLE . It is an especially yummy combination. Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, frozen |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained-reserve juice,cold or frozen |
1 cup milk |
1/2 frozen strawberries |
Directions:
1. Place everything, except reserved juice, in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Add juice as necessary to achieve a smoothie consistency. 3. Serve immediately. |
