Ingredients:
vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt |
3 tablespoons unsalted butter |
4 ripe but firm bananas, peeled, thickly sliced on diagonal |
1 cup purchased chocolate sauce, warmed |
toasted sweetened coconut |
Directions:
1. Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls. Place bowls in freezer. 2. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add bananas; sauté until just beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Spoon bananas over ice cream. Top with chocolate sauce and coconut. |
