Trish's Venison Meatloaf

My wife's sister gave me this recipe about 20 years ago. I lost the original recipe but I think this is pretty acurate.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison
1/2 lb ground pork (not sausage)
1 cup cracker, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup hienz chili sauce
1/2 cup hienz ketchup
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients Shape into a loaf.
3. and place in loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of meatloaf. Bake for about an hour or til done in center.
